Deconstruction is the process of innovation and divides complex systems into subsystems in such a way that resources will be fully utilized. Every subset will lead to the achievement of the total system of the business. So, it is important to manage and monitor each step and phase regularly to achieve the overall success of the business model. This model is also known as the reverse engineering process.  

Thinkers emphasized that if there is any complex process, you can divide it in a simpler process and subsystem, that will also work. If the manager will understand and work on those subsystems or small sections, it will be easy to implement and execute an overall business model and achieve desired goals. A manager has to answer some following questions to find the best suitable subsystem, which is as follows:

• Where is the need to develop a subsystem?
• What factors will be involved in a particular subsystem?
• Which processes will be undertaken?
• What will happen if the subsystem will not provide the desired results?
• Where does the subsystem will end?

It must be in sight, that every subsystem is interdependent and coordinated to achieve an overall business model. The success of the model will depend upon different attributes which are as follows:

Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness, and understanding of the particular concept, to divide total system of the business model into subsystems, a manager must have complete knowledge about the business which is gathered through experience or education through perception, discovering and continuous learning. A manager must have complete knowledge of all the aspects whether theoretical or practical.   

Communication: The symbolic representations are used to indicate and transfer the knowledge obtained about the dynamic process of the business model. To achieve the goals and aims of a designed business, every member has to be work equally, so it is necessary to communicate the factors of a model to all the members through formal or informal channels.

Research: Research is the process to acquire detailed information on different aspects and areas of a business. It will provide information on the most profitable unit of a business model and a manager could divide it in an effective manner. When the business model is divided into subsystems, it is required to manage more critically. So, that it can contribute towards overall business and the choice of the subsystem and its activities is based upon research.

Self-management means that a manager provides the direction to a business model, and employees have to follow such directions to achieve overall common goals. Managers conduct various meetings with employees to provide them deep information or clarity related to the project unless employees will complete the task according to their level and run their own projects and try to solve the problems by their own. In a self- managed workplace, an open environment is maintained in an organization in which employees can share the problems faced, which will improve the overall efficiency and success of the business model.

Leadership provides the right direction to the overall organization, every employee requires direction to reach the destination. An effective leader will provide authority and responsibility to the employee to effectively perform a certain assigned task. It increases the integrity, reliability and overall performance of the company. Strong leadership will emphasize open communication and a positive environment for high productivity.
