In an IT company, a team of 10 employees has to work for long hours. As they have been assigned orders from global clients so the team has to work round the clock, sometimes even they have to make and receive calls at 2 am with overseas clients. These hours are somewhat tiring and demotivating for the team. As a result, four members of the team are thinking to join the rival organization. There might be possibilities that they want salary raise, but the organization has some budget constraint and according to that, the organization can only afford to give a salary raise to two employees. In order to handle this situation, the management team has the responsibilities to motivate their team members by using their skills. This skill can help the management team to analyze the situation and its solution more effectively.
While, the critical thinking is the procedure of mentally taught of conceptualization, application, breakdown, synthesizing or effective and skillful potential evaluation of data collected or created by perception, experience, reflection, thought or communication as a proper guide to belief and action. With the help of such skills, the management team can handle the difficult situation in a quick manner.
