The research aims to analyze the impact created by employee motivation on employee performance. For identifying and analyzing such impact, the research is conducted in which the purpose of the report is stated along with the discussion on the research topic. This research report also contains the related work, research questions, hypothesis, data collection, formulation of results, discussion as well as conclusion of the entire research.
(Nabi, 2017) identified that the employees are main asset of an organization and it is mandatory to ensure that healthy and professional relationship is maintained by all the employees with their coworkers in an organization. (Nadeem, Ahmad, Abdullah & Hamad, 2014) also discussed that employee motivation acts a force that helps to derive an employee towards specific goals and objective of an organization. Moreover, employee motivation is considered as a crucial aspect which effects the employee performance which in turn creates significant impact on the efficiency and success of the firm.
RQ.1: What impact is created by employee motivation on the employee performance?
H1.: Motivation of employees creates negative impact on the employee performance.

Gathering of requirements
For conducting this research, the research methodology that is taken into consideration is the Mixed Research method. This research methodology, helps to identify the impact created by employee motivation on the performance of the employee. In this research, primary data sources are investigated and this primary data is collected from the employees of IT firms.
In this research, primary data is collected from the employees of IT organizations using questionnaire based survey which is distributed via emails. Primary data of Six IT organizations are considered in this research which includes Xero, Tyro, 3P learning, Envato and Canva. Only 15 respondents answered this questionnaire based survey in proper manner which contains five questions. On the basis of the research question, research hypotheses are also formulated in this research.

Analysis of data
Research hypothesis results
In order to analyze the data collected through questionnaire survey, Regression analysis is used through which the relationship between the independent as well as dependent variables is identified. Dependent variables that are taken into consideration are employee performance and employee motivation. Whereas, independent variables which are included in this research are reliability and validity. From the results of the regression analysis, it is analyzed that there is significant impact of employee motivation on the employee performance. Therefore, the results conclude that positive impact is created by employee motivation on the performance of the employees.

Formulation of results
The results of the Regression Test reveals that motivation of employees creates significant positive impact on the employee performance. It is analyzed that motivation of employees results in high level of creativity among other coworkers in an organization. Moreover, it is analyzed that employee motivation creates significant impact on the employee performance because employees that are characterized by high level of motivations are considered to reflect higher work and high life satisfaction. The employee’s quality of performance can be measured with the help of two measures of employee performance. Self-rating is one of the most important measure that is used for measuring employee performance. Whereas the second measure include willingness of the employee to perform task that is not included in their job description.
The research shows that organizations are required to provide an environment in order to attain high productivity and high performance which results in higher employee satisfaction. Moreover, employees are required to be promoted in order to ensure that effective job performance. The research uses primary data sources for analyzing the impact of motivation on performance of employees. In addition to this, regression test is used to investigate the research and the results of this analysis show that motivation of employees creates positive impact on the performance of the employees. In this report, the work breakdown structure is also formulated which describes the flow of steps in which the whole research is conducted.
This research report concludes that performance of the employees is effected by the employee motivation which in turn helps to improve the quality as well as productivity of the employee. The research also provides the literature review of various researchers who conducted their study on employee motivation as well as employee performance.
